I - Payment

1. When paying with credit card on our website, your payment information will be processed and analyzed by BCEL eCommerce, an internationally acclaimed payment processing and fraud detection company.

2. When entering your credit card details, no information will be stored on Manda de Laos servers. Your payment details are never shared on the internet. Payments are made inside the checkout process.

3. When you complete the online payment form, funds will be deducted from your credit card in USD currency.

II - Delivery

1. Vouchers purchased online are delivered via email.

2. No postage required for items purchased through the online shopping cart. Purchased delivery virtually until consumed at the restaurant.

3. Please print your gift voucher or present the email to a member of staff at any of our restaurants.

III - Refund/exchange policy

1. Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for other goods or services.

2. Gift vouchers are to be treated like cash as lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced. The voucher can only be used once within one-year from the date of purchase, no cash will be given for unused balance, purchase exceeding the available amount will be paid by other method. The voucher is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for special functions or events at the restaurant.
